Want an adventure? Teach him Land Nav with a map and compass. Blindfold him and have someone pick you up and take you in the middle of your largest WMA then leave. Take off the blindfold and tell him to get y’all back to the truck. Take enough supplies to spend the night if necessary. That can cover all three, physical, spiritual, and intellectual.
The physical is self explanatory. The intellectual comes after you walk/hike for several hours and you point out you’re going in circles or the wrong way and he figures out his mistake. Of course the spiritual is when you reach your objective.
