Reguardless of Democrat governors wishes,,,the Supreme Court ruled WITH the Constitution.And THAT,is the law of the land.

The difference between a privilege and a right a privilege is given to you by someone like your parents. A right is something that was fought for by men and women who said we will be free. And yes it's a fight to keep it that's what a right is and no matter what we say your not going to change BOCO mind because he is happy with what he has.

I know of a guy who couldn't get a Sako scope base mailed to him in Canada. Has to give exact routes that will be taken while traveling to hunt, to the range or whatever. If caught outside of those routes will/may lose gun ownership rights for a certain amount of time to life. How's that more of a privilege than we have in the states? Serious question Boco.

Upstate you need PERMISSION to arm yourself in NY. PERMISSION means your right to be armed is NOT recognized.

The fact remains, even after a court case, your right to be armed has not been recognized. You can spin skip and dance but that fact remains.

While I wish the court had stated that the governor can not insist that carrying a pistol in public requires a pistol permit,,,what they did say is that if a permit is required,,,the state MUST issue that permit.Its the same for a lot of states,,not just NY.AND,,i was not trying to change the subject,,,just noticing a pattern with you.
