....that 24percent is over a 5 year period so that equals alittle over 3 percent per year. that has not even kept up with inflation. we have been working without a contract for years now...but the beef is over paid sick leave we have none and forced to take vacation time we are. asking for 2 weeks this all from a company that made billions last year while we worked through the pandemic and was told to get vacinated or be fired...i told them to fire me i was not getting biden's unconstitutional jab but still working .. even if we do strike congress will mandate the contract for us and send us back to work within days and the democratic congress will make sure its for far less than what we ask for just to teach us a lesson....be interesting to see how things play out.

Is there something wrong with a man wanting a decent living wage and time off. We’re supposed to work to live and not live to work. The last raise we got was 2.5 percent and the company raised our insurance premiums by 3 percent then raised our deductible so we had more out of pocket cost. That’s just my example. I could go on, but I’m not. Most of you guys already have your mind made up on how the unions are pure evil.
