Jerky shooter, garlic salt, black pepper, slow smoke with mesquite 150-165 temp. Nothing else needed. do you put them on a flat pan or on the grates in the smoker? and about how long on the cooking time?

The LEM jerky canon was the original and still the best. Rest are cheap knock offs imo. Comes with recipes as well. Thanks! That one looks good. Will probably give it a try.

I generally smoke for 1.5-2 hrs then finish in the oven on super low if needed

if you cant find pink salt, (curing salt not that Himalaya sea salt nonsense) most grocery stores carry tenderquick. it has nitrates added to the salt already
