the very first thing the Nazi party did in Austria , take over the schools and poof hundreds of years of catholic schooling , devolves into a propaganda machine over a few days to make a supply of new solders to feed Germany's needs.


the modern lesson of putting goverment in charge of any thing is
if you want something FUBAR put government in charge of it.

My school years were the worst of my life, my childhood was stolen through govt mandated schooling and I wish I had dropped out the day I was legally allowed. (I did graduate)

My kids will absolutely be homeschooled by their mother who will stay home with them.
