Can't beat PS seasonings, I have made a lot of brats with there seasonings.

I like using AC Legg seasoning [Linked Image]

They make some great seasonings.I use their #10 Blend for my breakfast sausage.

I bought a 3 lb package of pork at Walmart today that looks like it should work pretty good.

At 50/50 blend, you should be set for at least 12 brats.

I finished the brats. I made 33. I haven't tested them yet.
