21.00 for a bag of layer pellets today About what it is here, I done a little math one day and figured I could make a little money at $4.00 a dozen but not really enough to justify the work.

Time to learn how to buy unwashed eggs when eggs are cheap. Waterglass them for when the cold and short days are here. Never run out of eggs here. Buy in summer, water glass them , and have all I need.

$ 2.00 A dozen washed or unwashed a dozen here during the summer. Buy 2 washed and 12 unwashed , water glass the 12 unwashed , and every few weeks or once a month buy a washed dozen. Once water glassed , seems they're still excellent eating , they on the most part only good for omelets and scrambled . The yokes get weak , but still like fresh.

Farm fresh eggs aren't avaliable this time of year. I don't like store bought eggs.
