Been mounting the scope on my dad's new 45-70 and I have to say compared to my H&R's these CVA Scouts I think I'm liking these alto more. Especially because the triggers arnt 6-8lbs out the box laugh anyone that's messed with the TC line of single shots messed with these yet ? How do they compare ?

Trigger work on an H&R is is pain. If it's like other T/C's trigger work is pretty straight forward, Mostly polishing rough spots on cast parts and maybe a tad of stone work on the seer.

If you choose to shoot the Hornady LEVERevolution in that light gun, hold on to your hat.

grandson has one in 243. accuracy leaves a lot to be desired. factory ammo or reloads. accurate enough for deer at two hundred yards with a side shot but no way i would try a shot in the center of the throat with it.
