Hey Canadian guys, since theres no approved dryland "mink" traps, whats the deal with traps for em. Correct me if I'm wrong, but if it's in the water it can be a 110, and if it's dryland it has to be at least 120?
I'm probably all over the map but perhaps a more knowledgeable Canadian guy (boco) can answer? Thanks guys.

Hi Gabriel.
Mink and Fox do not come under the aihts agreement, so the only regs that apply to them are the provincial regulations.
Here in Ontario,110's are regulated the same as footholds for mink-that is they must be set underwater for mink or if set on land they have to be set in a manner that the animal will drown(110's arent strong enough to consistently kill mink quickly)
120's will kill mink effectively so can be set on land away from water.

Forget that fear of gravity-get a little savagery in your life.
