A Friend of Mine just got back from the Yoop. Took the Grand Son Trapping and they came Home with a Martin and a Fisher. They would like to get the Martin Mounted - anyone in the Mid- Michigan area recommend a good Taxidermist? Thanks - Bob PS - Both have been tagged.

Sorry, guy that did mine retired. Be sure to use someone who has done them before.

Being kind of a specialty critter, the taxidermist needs to know how they look other than what he finds on the internet. Seen a lot that come out looking like a mink.

I can't help you with a taxidermist in your area but I do suggest doing your homework. The guy I use does excellent work. He's not cheap but I'd rather pay and get a exceptional mount rather then get something mediocre.

The silver fox on his gallery is one he has done for me and the fisher is one thar was done for a good friend of mine.
