My wife had a stroke April 1, it's been a long hard struggle but she is seeing some improvements.
She can move her arm and fingers now more than before.
She had a few improvements in the last couple weeks.
She can do more with her leg, we got her up and down a set of stairs at my daughter's, it took everything she had, very exhausted.
She still can't walk alone, and some previous problems are still there.
She hasn't had a pain pill in a couple months now, some pain yet just not real bad like before.
When she is in our oxygen chamber she is almost pain free.
She can exercise and stretch better while under the pressure.
Most of her new movements came in the chamber.
Our arthritis pain is gone, and her fibromyalgia is gone too, thanks to the chamber.
Still a long way to go, I hope she can walk by herself by spring, idk.
She's lucky I already did most of the cooking before her stroke, lol

Sounds like she continues to show improvement .That should be motivation to continue to keep working towards even more improvement .As a care giver you must be sure that you take care of yourself also .Your role in helping her to keep a positive attitude it a huge part of her recovery .And also it is OK to feel sorry for yourself if you are having a bad day .We all should give ourselves credit for enduring the hardships we deal with once in a while Keep taking some satisfaction in the good things that have happened and best wishes for a continued recovery .
