I just received an email from my legality expert who is now retired. The 2020 Wisconsin trapping regulations have in it listed a new rule change where it is now legal to trap on beaver dams but can only be used as a water set during The Mink muskrat beaver and Otter seasons otherwise you can use a DP at any time if that makes sense. Haha if you read the printed rule change in the 2020 regulations it is spelled out pretty clearly what the law is. My legal advisor is looking for a bonus I think.
