My SIL found this mink board covered in writings. Does anyone know what they might be? Also she had this rat trap anyone have information on it?

on the board, id guess that each numbered line corresponds to either a line on a grading sheet, or more likely refers to calendar days, and each days catch. sm would be small male, and sf small female.(mink)

Yes I agree with Fossil 2 it’s most likely somebody’s primitive trapline calendar or recordkeeping board ? If you look at the 23rd it “says no check late” i’m assuming that means something like he didn’t check his traps that day and then the others that’s say 2M 1F are abbreviations for maybe two male one female I’m assuming mink sins should it’s on a mink board ? Just a guess but I do the same thing on my calendars when I’m trapping to keep track and just use abbreviations .

Mink board looks like 1" increments, one board for small males & females?
I believe they refer to the rat trap as a Tombstone Rat trap

Yep they were made by several different companies and that one looks like it’s in nice shape, they have been updated some but the style is still around
