Maybe a good place to start would be forcing all the climate change folks to set their thermostats at 40, ban them from any A/C, tell them they can not use liquid fuel vehicles or buy anything transported or grown with liquid fuel. Cooking to be done with solar convection stoves only. To many chemicals needed for matches so a bow spindle drill for fire making to light a candle. One candle lit only in the evening should not be to much fossil fuel use.

I'm all for it, as long as I get to choose who and which ones.

It’s a money grab. Politicians send govt money their way and they greese the politicians palms .

Weather making could result in a lot of liability. I remember back in the 70's or early 80's. Gallatin County here in Southern illinois had a drought. They have some of the better soil around here. Bunch of farmers went together and raised like $60,000 to seed dry ice and silver iodide and never got 10 drops of rain but possibly caused flash floods a couple counties over. Resulting in a long drawn out lawsuit. I don't know who if anyone was held liable. But I don't think they did it again.
