I sleep for about 4-5 hours a night. So I try to stay up as late as possible. If I go to sleep too early I usually will take a small walk to the end of the driveway and back. When I come back in I do nothing but crawl back under the blankets and as soon as I warm back up I'm out for about another 2 hours or so. If I nap during the day for more than an hour I'm up all night.

I actually slept all night last night,,, my sister gave me some gummy’s that is called calm( no pot in it) she works for a chiropractor and I guess they sell a lot of it. I’m not sure if it was because of that stuff or pure exhaustion,,, or the simple fact that god heard and answered my prayers that I really needed some restful sleep.

I would keep going on those and throw out the other stuff. By the way, I know a lot of people that have been helped with CBD, my wife being one of those. Works like a charm for her, she takes about 12 mg and she's asleep in 10-15 minutes.

if you have trouble sleeping do more physical activity..My physical activity right now is limited,, I’m used to hard physical work,, but things have happened that have compromised that. I tried staying out in the sun for awhile today even though it was overcast,, I read that sunlight helps create seratonin,, which breaks down into natural chemicals that can help a person sleep

If you can sleep from 10 to 3 and you aren't super tired during the day I wouldn't worry about it. Maybe adjust your sleep schedule to 12-5.I have noticed that as I get older I require less sleep than I used to need.
Five hours is plenty unless I've been during some strenuous work. I'm 64.

Another thing I've noticed that has changed in my sleep habits is that I fall asleep very fast and get my best sleep in the first three hours or so, then I start waking up and the doze off for the next couple of hours before I finally get up around 5:30. By that time I've been awake quite awhile.
I fall asleep so fast that if I'm in hunting camp or similar situation where we are bs'ing before falling asleep, I will almost always fall asleep in mid sentence. My buddies will usually yell and wake me up so I can finish what I was saying. Drives them nuts.
