When I hunted them we would kill 80 to 100 per day. Many recipes available. Peel the breast out and cook like sweet and sour chicken.

A friend of mine who is a manor goose hunter said they don't even make good sausage.

If removing guns saves just one life it's worth it. Then if deporting illegals saves one life is that worth it?

Got into a bunch of eastern greater snow geese that were delicious. Especially the immature ones with brown feathering...Way better then the avg, canada goose

When we used to goose hunt we targeted dark geese but would hammer the snows if they showed up.

Usually gave them away

SNOGS aren't bad if they've been feeding in grain fields later in the season, but nasty if they've been feeding in marshes . . . you can tell this if they have a "rust" colored face, head, or breast.

I remember when snows were protected and Canada geese were plentiful. Now it is the opposite.

There's nothing like those goose tornados but they don't make great table fare
