Let's see. Tennessee had a better offense statistically than Ohio State against a much tougher schedule than Ohio State, and Georgia's defense had no issues with them. Hendon Hooker was a much greater dual threat QB than Stroud ever thought about being, GA shut him down. Tennessee's Hyatt won the Biletnikoff award over Harrison of OSU with more yards and touchdowns on fewer receptions. I think Georgia has definitely seen an offense every bit the level of Ohio State's, and to say otherwise is childish.

I don't understand why you feel any bowl game is meaningless. They are playing, for some of them their last game and they are there to win it....probably more so than when they play their conference leader.

Yea they mean so much that some players won't even play in them. What do the get if they win? Bragging rights to the tidy tampax bowl? NO ONE except die hard fans know who won what bowl. HECK most fans have to google to see the name of the bowl game their team is playing in.......

Like I said in the past based on what ? Where are the defenses ranked they "padded" their stats with ??? I can post if you think I'm wrong. MOST highschools through out TEXAS Fla, GA Bama or heck some of KY defenses could give the buckeyes and wolverines more competition than 2/3 of the big 10 programs..

How come you fish in "tidy Tampax bowls" of the fishing world?

And then brag about it?

Sneaky, I stand corrected, I did not realize Tennessee had that good of an offense.

I got myself a seniors' GPS.
Not only does it tell me how to get to my destination,
it tells me why I wanted to go there.

Jealousy???

But your team didn't make it, they're playing in a tidy tampon bowl. lolololololololol

I was trying to help you understand that those other teams are playing to their ability, to their schools degree of investment/ emphasis on football much like when you enter a fishing tournament.

But, I should've known better, lol.

I saw some of the Bucs game against Ariz. and they were saying the QB for Ariz. was a Penn State alum. I thought he was gonna win.

Did ya happen to see that game Nittany?

Y'all know I'm gonna give you a generous ration of crap if it ends up being GA and TCU in the championship, right?

Arkansas currently stomping Kansas.

Tn too banged up to play Clemson. I don't know who will win what but i do know Georgia will beat the flimsy teams left to beat to repeat their national championship, they were leaps and bounds ahead of the rest this season.

Watching what Saban is recruiting and worthless OC is gone after the bowl game so Alabama might be back next year.

McSorely was his name. Played in a couple games for some other team but this was his first start, and he took them to overtime.

He threw a couple clunkers too, but didn't look to bad.

Michigan thumped the Buckeyes at their house, WITHOUT Blake Corum, one of the best, if not THE best RB in the nation before he got injured.

Been a TN fan for 35 years but i dont know if ill even watch the bowl game. QB is out hurt, but both top receivers decided they were to important to play with the team and now their top defensive player decided to opt out as well. Seems like every year the bowl games are getting less meaningful to the players. I understand they are worried about there future but they've been playing football their whole lifes but cant compete for one more game??
