Got another American Community Survey. From the census bureau. Want to know stuff that has nothing to do with enumeration and nothing to do with the ten year enumeration. Says its a violation of the law to refuse to fill it out.

Its a real thing that even wants to know what time you leave for work and how long it takes to get there. I got one several years ago and never sent it in. Will do the same with this one. If your on a federal jury and hear my case try to remember I am not a big outlaw.

I got another letter a couple weeks ago from the EPA wanting to know about the water lines from the city meter to my house and the lines ion the house. The first question was what material the line into the house was. I answered that and the second question was what year it was installed. that went in the trash too. Anybody know whats behind this stuff? Why would the government need to know when my water line was put in????

That's weird Danny. Maybe, perhaps, KMA would be a proper response.

Nobody ever came back

I answered the 2020 census questions of names and ages and relationship of people living here. The constitution says enumeration. No other word. So I feel I gave more information than I had to.



I do not believe any of those other questions are constitutional or any business of the government

If the EPA calls I am willing to assure them I dont have any lead water lines in my homes.

Danny the EPA deal with the water service line is some garbage Biden signed about identifying and getting rid of lead in water lines, probably all stemmed from flint Michigan. I work for water district and we, very got till i believe October of 2024 to identify all of ours. About 5500 left to do... we've been using a ditch witch vac machine to suck holes down to see what our side is and what customer side is made of. We put in for government grant for cost assistance with future and eventually replacements and got denied.funny thing is in those lead service lines they've got enough calcium built up that water hasn't touched lead in 40 years probably.
But whenever we take lead out of the ground I make sure I get it, it's 100% pure lead, makes good muzzleloader projectiles!

When I get that letter it always goes in the stove !
