k snow OP trapper K Joined: Oct 2009 Posts: 7,856 east central WI	First one this year. We are allowed two. Not my biggest, but still exciting. Tuned up 330 in a bottom edge set. Channel is about 2 inches shy of going over the top of my hip boots

There are very few places to catch them here, but my boss knows the landowners who own one of those spots and he said he could get me on it. Hopefully I’ll catch my first one next season "I have two guns, one for each of ya."

We get the odd one every couple years. Those are just stabilizer stakes, the trap is cabled to a 24 inch rebar stake driven in the bank.
