beaverpeeler trapper Joined: Dec 2006 Oregon	Since we have no agent in Oregon I have to consolidate my efforts and make just one trip to the agent in Washington. Long expensive trip, and shipping beaver doesn't pencil out. All my stuff that doesn't sell at our association sale(s) will be on the FHA 2nd sale. My fear of moving stairs is escalating!
