Released this nice muddy tom this morning. Caught in a pipedream set with deer meat soaked in reuwsatt bait solution. I just put this set in yesterday morning, about 10 feet from it is a step down dirthole that a coyote has gotten wise to and is digging me out. This morning I had a half eaten red squirell in the dirthole and the cat in the pipe dream

The educated coyote is my own fault my trap was really really sensitive duke #2 the nightlatch on the pan had gotten worn and it would trip if you looked at it wrong. The coyote worked the set and I got what I think was forearm/elbow hair. I traded out the trap and had it dug out yesterday only to end up with the squirell this morning hard to believe he tripped 3lb pan tension.

That is a muddy mess. I hate mud. Maybe you'll have that coyote tomorrow.

Illinois cat rules stink I have released 3 so far in Montgomery county and they won't even come close to the 500 quota but anyway nice looking mud ball . Isn't it amazing when it rains 1.6 inches you catch a canine or a cat lol ... Jon
