When the weather allows it anybody else trap bare handed?

Nope, I pinch the sides of my hands between the levers and the jaws on coil spring traps.

Water trapping no gloves most of the time, land trapping always gloves for me

Yes, but I'm wearing gloves more just trying to keep the dirt off.

I often trap with no pants.

I've waded into beaver swamps barefoot. If you think beaver stobs are rough on waders. LOL.

I deal with very few educated animals.

I wear gloves to keep my hands warm. In nice weather I wear gloves to handle bait and make sets barehanded.

I wear gloves just to keep my hands from cracking so bad and to keep them clean.

I also wear gloves to keep dirt from getting pushed all up into my fingernails and keep my hands from being stained red by dirt and clay. I used to trap bare handed for awhile and never had issues other than sore fingers from the dirt packing in and stained hands

Then when the water gets real cold...this ol boy breaks out the gauntlets

Bare handed can't stand gloves , but do wear them for land sets for canines.

I trap barehanded regardless of the weather. Can't set a trap with gloves to save my life, lol.

Nothing better than luring canine sets bare handed and getting home and rubbing it under the wifes nose just remember to duck lol

Never wore gloves setting or skinning. Can't work with gloves.

I wear gloves all the time when setting and luring. A different pair for both of course. I will set a remake bare handed if I forget the pair I use for those.
