Thanks for the add ! Vancouver islands where I live . I have some traps that I bought a few years back and was wondering about one in particulate . I think it’s a Oneida # 13 jump , I’ve seen the 13’s online but haven’t seen one with a square trigger ( probably wrong name but) . So ya just some history and a value? As well is the other two. The teeth are all intact and it’s pretty solid , kinda rusty . I was going to clean it but changed my mind.Thanks!

The single long springs are common in Wisconsin and about 2 to 5 dollars, the other has cast jaws and teeth so minimum of $50. You put stuff on Ebay you never can tell what it might bring.

I know it very well , I’m an avid fisherman and hunter . I’ve lived all over the island and worked in most towns , I’m a log scaler in the forest industry so I’ve seen a lot if bush and wild life from crew boats , airplanes , helicopters and 1,000 of kilometres in a pick up . Yep it’s a beautiful place alright . I was attacked by a cougar but to far from Thasis , luckily it turned out good for me and for the lioness and her Kitts . I have heard vancouver island has the highest density of cougars/Pumas in the world but you’d be lucky to see one.

Your #13 is an Oneida Community double under spring. It was made between 1907 and 1909.
