I just use coals below and on top. I never hang a do. Too difficult to control the heat, or do you boys have a secret?

Thanks y'all for your help and great pics too. I think I'll try to find something like EdP's first pic.


I wonder if tap dancers walk into a room, look at the floor, and think, I'd tap that. I wonder about things.....
