I'll replace the plugs this weekend to see if that makes any difference. Several people told me they think the gas tank filter is probably plugged. The largest consensus is it's in the carbs. Thought I'd try the easiest ones first; plugs and gas tank filter. If that doesn't fix the problem, then it's the carb. Lots of good ideas from some pretty smart guys. I appreciate it.

Sorry I misunderstood. Got some dirt in a carb was probably right.

Carbs are not real hard to clean. If you have not done it before cell phones are a good tool. Take pictures as you take them apart. Start with a picture before you remove anything. be careful not to bend anything or lose anything. Once you get it apart and cleaned up good, including removing the float and needle valve, being careful not to damage any gaskets, blow it out with an air compressor. Use one of those little blow out attachments. Blow into all the little holes after you spray some carb cleaner in them. You can buy a spray can at any parts store. If you do damage a gasket dont use a tube of gasket maker. Look online for a carb diagram for your carb and get the part number. Buy a new gasket. Be sure to carefully remove all the old gasket.
