Well now that you've lead me down THAT rabbit hole.... did you know Coleman STILL makes kerosene lanterns? I sure didn't.

Mac, this one was believe it or not made in Canada.

I wonder if tap dancers walk into a room, look at the floor, and think, I'd tap that. I wonder about things.....

Your welcome lol. Yes I did know that. I just like the old stuff. Mine is from 73. I do think it smart to have a kero and a duel fuel lantern. Why not cover the bases.

Are you sure that's a 335 and not a 339? According to the Internet a kerosene 335 doesn't exist lol.

Here's another first for me. Here's a little Dietz Comet made in the 50's-60's and is battery operated. It's only like 8 1/2" tall. I cleaned it up and got it working again to give to my new grand niece as a night light.

Thanks Woods, I appreciate it. I truly have a passion for lanterns and I love when others post stuff about their passions like Finster's woodworking, Keith's huge press, Scuba's adventures and so on. It's a lot of fun.

I have a thing for both old Kerosene lamps and old Coleman lanterns. I need to find me a nice blue kerosene lantern.
