Do you dye and wax rubber jaw traps? Wasn’t sure if the heat will hurt the rubber. Thanks

I have boiled, dyed and wax rubber jaw traps with no resulting problems.

The only constant in trapping is change so keep learning.

You’d have to get it quite a bit hotter than boiling temp to damage the rubber

I have no issues doing it. Be sure before you take them out to set that you clean the wax from between the Jaws and also the dog and pan notch.
