We bought a hyperbaric oxygen chamber , it is great for reducing inflammation.
Our arthritis is almost pain free now, her fibromyalgia is gone after 18 years.
One finger knuckle was inflamed, starting to turn sideways, it's straight now, swelling is more than half gone.
They cost a lot, the main reason we bought one was for her stroke recovery.
It is very helpful in brain injuries, concussion, Alzheimer's, autism, PTSD, and at least 100 other health issues

I've kept the info on these chambers since I began learning about them. A very worthy investment . The more big Pharma dislikes things, the more I know it must work to help people without taking all their money.

Don’t get any older? Works for me and chicks dig it, which is nice.

Actually Boco may be on to something. When skinning bears in the fall my hands come thru it just fine. Other critters not so much.
I do not wear gloves when peeling bear hides, never have.
I have another none related medical issue bear grease does very well on, makes my doctor nuts when we talk about it but if she doesn’t want to take it seriously that’s her deal.

Yikes. I looked up "foods that cause inflammation ". Imma going to have to stop eating! No cheese, bologna, red meat, or alcohol. I'm a goner.

No thats more nonsense put out by the AMA

Cheese and all meats are not inflammatory, and good for you.

What will make your joints hurt is vegtable oil ie: seed oil or any other grains, or vegetable skin and seeds. Think tomatoes skins and seeds and potatoes skins. they have natural insecticides that keep bugs from eating them, and when we eat them we poison ourselves and results are joint pian and stomach problems like leaky gut.

Stop eating grains and vegetable oil and alot of the arthritis goes away.

I had over 25 surgeries in 6 different states over 5 years and in the end.... all was not well.
And then, by grace I am sure, I "found" a doctor who herself had used equine equiscope therapy for the alleviation of pain, and in a very few months I was well.

The medical profession knows very little about it but the veterinary sciences use it all the time. And so do pro athletes. My wife's bursitis is now no more. My dad's carpel tunnel is now no more.

Here's a link to the animal sciences use of equine equiscope for animal arthritis. I'd pursue it in a nano second if I had RA or OA or any A.

Here's the company website. Click on practitioners. I went to Pain physician Stephanie Jones in San Antonio, herself cleared of a condition with the equiscope where she couldn't move her neck for 10 years.

I went to my primary care guy to get a referral to a chiropractor for what I thought was just a crick in my neck. He ran some x-rays and informed me I had arthritis. That was about twenty years ears ago. I thought arthritis was something old people developed, I was in my early forties. Sometimes it flares up and is very painful, other times it doesn't bother me at all. It's bothering me this morning.

This^ I'm 60 now. Diagnosed with a bad case of RA 5 years ago. I eat pretty much nothing but meat/fat, and no arthritis symptoms at all anymore. High dose vitamin D3 is the only pill I take.

I second the Hyperbaric Chamber. Aches, pains, brain fog, dementia. The list of things soft-sided hyperbaric chambers can help with us very, very long.

These things have been around for 100 years. This isn’t new technology, rather it’s been suppressed by big medicine.
