Back in the late 1970's I used beef round steak for bait. I do not recall the price of beef back then, I just know that a big round steak cubed made a big pile of bait and it was way less expensive than buying a commercial bait and way easier than chopping up a groundhog or some other wild game for bait.


I got myself a seniors' GPS.
Not only does it tell me how to get to my destination,
it tells me why I wanted to go there.

I had some homemade peperoni that I used in a dirt hole it worked caught a fox. I only used it that one time, it was too good to share!

Caught this chicken killing bobcat using oreo cookies for bait. Black spots on the snow must have peaked his curiosity. Had to release him, not allowed to kill them here in NJ.
