The only thing I can see on mine is the last sale result. I used to be able to see years worth of my sale results, not that it really matters, I guess...

If you want to talk to someone there call the trap store and order some trapping supplies-people work there selling supplies.And if you have fur there tell them to debit your fur account to pay for it.

FHA is not NAFA-they run a tight ship and dont waste money by paying people when there is nothing to do.

I drop in at the trap store in the fur barn in north bay to pick up supplies.The only time the place is bustling with workers is before and after an auction.

Well, they still have my address as mom and dad's and I haven't lived there since I was a teenager. I'm 46 now. I've tried to change it multiple times. Not a big deal though. Mom calls and says, "looks like you got a fur check". Plus, they are just down the road. They do have a phone number on the new page to call for assistance. I would have to think they would help you out. I liked the old account layout better. Maybe I'm just not using this one correctly. All information may not be showing up yet. I'm sure it will continue to improve. I don't complain much because FHA is still, (perhaps now more than ever), a great outlet and option to get rid of fur.

Had a little trouble too til figured out user name was your account number. And password is exactly that.

I guess Boco is advocating for lowering the commission. After all, who needs online account access. Nobody does anything there until just before and after an auction..good on you Boco! I appreciate your efforts ahead of time on your advocacy for lowering commissions and doing away with online access.....not that it's been available much in the last year anyway......I mean...who even needs a web site in this day and age? Think of all the money FHA will save and then pass that savings on to the trappers in the form of lower commissions. You're ahead of the game Boco!
