It's is a 1934 series 200 dollar tax stamp on a fourm 4 if you buy it from a manufacturer. If you make it yourself it still $200 for the tax stamp but you fill out and send in a form one application to manufacturer it yourself. Then after you have the approved form one you can buy your materials and begain making it.
