As long as these land managers remain in our state it will always be a never ending battle. The park service tries to play the federally qualified folks against the non qualified folks, this is a divide and conquer strategy as ultimately they despise both because both are consumtive users. Dog faced pony soldier and proud of it!

NPS needs to start paying attention to the law (ANILCA) and play by the rules instead of making up their own. You would think that after they were slapped down (TWICE, 9-0) by the Supreme Court in "Sturgeon" that they would get the hint. But that arrogant a bureaucracy really needs a 2x4 betwixt the eyes I guess. Pete
