We had alot of rain and some snow that really mucked things up but I got 19 new sets in today.








Don't get much snow in SE Oklahoma now days used to count on aleast one good snow every winter.

Good looking fur. We get a lot of snow, but it usually melts within a couple days except for the high country

I'm curious..do you catch many grays?

Cathryn I usually catch several every season but not alot we do have a good population of Grey fox they usually dance all around my pan. The two pictured were both caught in the same set. Right now I'm experimenting with with exposed traps in trail sets. 1 cat and 1 coyote last year with a few exposed set. This year 1 cat and 1 coyote, Friday I made mostly exposed trail sets 21 in total. Mainly becuase of all the rain and cold weather that we are supposed to receive.I had this large male coyote this morning caught in an exposed set.

Bobcat populations must be generally growing around the country. There seem to be more and more of them in trap line photos over time. Maybe they'll eventually get here!!
