Almost have all my traps back.

The white feet are fairly common but the white tip on the tail is probably 1 in 250 roughly for the past 5 years. I Always like the white feet because they were so rare to see on my delta marten line. Fairly common to see white feet in wolverine and lynx at my camp but just a single marten with a white toe in all the years I've trapped the delta prior to trapping marten to the east.

Quite the variety of critters around you. Marten and lynx. Wolverine and Wolf. The lynx are fairly close to town? Marten country further away?

Lynx come right onto town. I got 37 one year all within town limits. Marten are just around the outskirts as well but better county to the east towards treeline limit.

Got the second conibear smart wolverine yesterday. Snare did the trick again. Not much longer now until traps start getting pulled guys. Season has flown by

One year there was no lynx in the country. No rabbits. People used to use the shop for skinning. I used to dump the carcasses on that portage between the dump road and Pump Lake. Sewage truck started complaining about lynx running across the road. So just before 5 I would drive by and shoot them sitting on the carcasses trying to thaw them out. I got 8 lynx like that.
