Got a couple like that on rented farms. Always thought they'd make an awesome vertical aquarium. But mushroom production sounds interesting.

Back in my younger days, I worked for a timber frame construction company. One job that was particularly interesting, was the silo that we made into an observatory. The inside had a winding staircase, and the top had a floor with a few items in the room, but the new top was a custom ordered fiberglass retractable hood. Pretty cool stuff. You might want to make this into a little cabin with a tower on the top, that would be a neat little set up. Really, the options are limited to only what you can imagine. Good luck!

Explore the topic online. People have done some very creative and beautiful things with silos constructed of all materials.

Easy option is to buy a nuclear missiles for that silo and keep a lookout for any roadrunners cruising by.
