No debt is good debt. Being debt free is a great way to live. Then you can pile in the savings and retirement funds!

Do as you wish but with that way of thinking you should ditch all insurance because it is a useless commodity until you need it , myself I am probably over insured but a piece of mind is worth the premium... Jon
