First we need a judge to issue an injunction until a court review is completed.

I hope the SCOTUS removes ATF's ability to make rules unconstitutional and makes all rules made by ATF null and void. I also hope that they rule that the NFA is unconstitutional as it is and it is hold over from a knee jerk reaction during prohibition.

I have never wanted to own a machine gun. Ammo is too dear. I can think of no reason I shouldn't be able to legally buy one though WITHOUT ASKING FOR PERMISSION.

They are not my thing but every AR I own would have the option even though I would not use it. Only hits count after all and I don't have a fire team to take advantage of suppressive fire.

I probably wouldn't buy a machine gun, but I would certainly have a bunch of suppressors and a couple of shortbarreled shotguns and rifles if it wasn't a year wait for each one.
