Not a fan of the NRA, became a life member back when Heston was director, and a member of GOA and GOA is where my spare donations go for all the reasons stated above

By the way 25 states have joined the law suit against the pistol brace ban

The NRA also had their hands out begging for money and not getting much done! That's why I stopped being a member.

But they can't go so far as to violate conditional rights and that's what they are doing.

I stand somewhat corrected on this....after reading up on the US Supremecy clause.

But there are a lot of cases where this is backwards

States can not legally violate a supreme court decision. Trying to sue a state is expensive. Just like LEO's who get qualified immunity, (a term made up by a judge) state legislators, governors, prosecutors and judges have insulated themselves very effectively.

Here in KS you only have to tell a cop your armed if they ask. If armed and asked for I.D. you must provide it. I dont know what the law is if one took it upon hisself to disassemble your firearm. I have never been asked if I am armed so I don't tell them.

You are right but LiberalDemonrats do not care and prosecute anyway. In WV of all places I did as instructed when I was pulled over for a Bogus Seat Belt Violation. I informed him that I Concealed carry and put my gun on the dash. He took my gun and later I noticed about three more Officers pulled up and when I got my gun back they had completely dismantled my 45 into hundreds of little pieces. ALL this because they THOUGHT I did not have my seat belt on. FIRST you are not allowed to pull a driver over for a seat Belt violation but only for another reason. Then you can ADD a Seat Belt Violation. SECOND my Truck is a 1967 Chevy C-10 short wheel base 4X4 and only has a lapbelt and it was on!!! I have filed an ETHICS Complaint and am waiting on the Court Date!!!

So , of course they ignore the rulings of the SC. As well as the Constitution. That should be all anyone needs to shut up and get on with life, or move to China.

Thanks for explaining . I hope you take your case to the full. I'm amazed states like WV even act like this.

Search The Civil Rights Lawyer on you tube. He works in WV. Has a channel. Some pretty crazy video is sent to him and subsequent court cases he is involved in.

If mine was disassembled I would put the flashers on and reassemble. They could sit there and watch me do it to. If any parts were missing that would be another suit headed their way.

I've met a few who can't reassemble their OWN gun...

Dropped my membership I couldn't see donating and the money just gets spend on trying to raise more money. Wayne LaPierre 2014:
In 2014, NRA contributions totaled $103 million and LaPierre's compensation was $985,885.[13] In 2015, NRA contributions totaled $95 million. In that year, LaPierre received a $3.7 million deferred compensation distribution from his "employee funded deferred compensation plan", which was required by federal law, and according to the NRA raised his total annual compensation to $5,110,985. That payment for what he does is absolutely ludicrous.

Did they ask you if you had a weapon? You do not have to disclose this information unless asked.

If you have a concealed weapon on you and you have a CC Permit the LAW specifically states that when ANY Officer approaches you during a stop or for ANY reason you MUST IMMEDIATELY inform the Officer you are carrying a concealed weapon. That is the law and the same in Florida as well.

The "Must Notify Law" does NOT apply in all States.

PS . . . DO NOT offer any information on anything unless ASKED! . . . Remember "Miranda"?
