Got one that is set up to use 1 lb bottles. Mine uses 2 they sell a kit to change over to use a 20 lb tank. How does that work using 1 hose ?

I don't have a Syna Glo heater , but have the Mr.Heather equiv. Your unit can run on one tank (1/2 time) or two tanks. The propane inlets are connected in parallel and each has a check valve for one way flow. The kit connects to a 20 lb tank with a regulator and hose. The hose has a male connector to match the inlet on the heater ( same as the thread on the one pound bottles.) The tank can be connected to either inlet, same as a single bottle. Increases the run time about 8x as a 20 lb tank is filled to maximum of 80% of capacity.

Thanks Scott their directions in the manual leave much to be desired. Sounds right Law Dog

I've the same question. I bought one around Christmas time but haven't used it yet.
I also bought the large tank kit. The DynaGlo kit is kinda pricy. Look for the same type at ebay.
