mark van haele trapper M Joined: Feb 2008 Montana	I averaged 25.40 on 30 beaver, 2 kits and 15 were 2 years old (yellow), got 76 dollars a piece on 2 coyotes, they were fancy and seen a guy turn down a 600.00 average on cats I did not surrender either, but my horse did, I think he is pulling a wagon in Missouri.

Or compare 70's fur price's to todays. If you go off that you would never trap again. Peeler, i'll NEVER put up alot of beaver again, my elbow's, back, joints, etc, etc, can't take it anymore, lol. Not my circus, not my clowns.

There is a difference between making more money than a regular job in the 70s and making comparble money to a regular job in 2013. Who is John Galt?

Used to be over $500.00 would do it, does show that good western cats still hold a stable value ! Sorry if my opinions or replies offend you, they are not meant to !
