Male raccoon urine
Ground preserved male raccoon glands.
Smells like the south end of a northbound boar raccoon
What do you guys like for evictions? I have heard coyote urine and glands but I always have bulk male raccoon urine and glands so have not messed with it.

I've been fortunate to have good tenants so far but I'm sure I'll eventually have to evict somebody. Now I'm trying to think of a slick way to use a concoction like that to help nudge a deadbeat out the door without getting in trouble. There must be a good way....

Smear it on tennis balls and throw it through one of the windows. Smear it on the door frame and door handles so he gets it on him and can't escape the smell. Works on raccoons, it's bound to work on a renter.
