Good morning fellow trappers. Trapping is still going strong up here in Alaska. The lynx are showing up around along with another marten and wolverine. Hope you enjoy.

How do you determine when you will run in day time or nite time. Just the days that much longer, your first few videos were all at night......jk AMAZING!!!!!

I guess it’s just about how much time I have to get out on my line. Back In January it was getting dark around 3, now it’s sundown at 6:30. I try to get out a bit earlier more recently. Thanks for watching

I’d enjoy seeing a vid on your snogo and the toboggan. I noticed the hitch on the back of the toboggan so you must be set up to pull 2.
How far would you have to travel now to get caribou?

ill make sure to do a video on my snowgo setup. yeah the hitch on the back of the red sled works great to hook up another sled. Right now were waiting for the caribou to cross over to our side of the river then well head up and go hunting. a buddy of mine went up a week and a half ago and they had not made it yet, but you can track them online and it shows that they are slowly moving our way.

Maybe you've already covered this in other posts but what caliber is your rifle...or what works best for you up there on your line? I "suspect" it's a smaller caliber mainly for dispatch, but yet big enough if you encounter something out aways you want to take?

Always look foreword to the vids.

I’ve shown the rifles but haven’t talked a whole lot about them. Hey thanks I’ll add that to one of my next videos. I carry a 22lr pistol for wolverine. A 22 mag for wolves in a trap and a .556 for wolves on the run also for caribou. The past couple years I’ve been looking to buy a .17 hmr. I think I need to just go get one. Thanks y’all for the questions

Makes perfect sense...Thanks for answering. Always nice to hear what others come up with, and why, for their situation.
