I bet they sell no problem

I can tell the difference in them too. Might sell them straight run. I'm not sure.
I just had a lady from Facebook message me about some prairie bluebell pullets I have for sale for 20 each. She said she's extremely interested. Thatd buy alot of chick starter

I'm planing on getting a new incubator and hatching a bunch of crossed up mixed chickens this year. My "purebred" chicks always were easier to sell, if you have some pure breeds it may be worth separating. I always had to break my crossbreds into lots and sell them much cheaper. Your market or atleast the current market may not make that matter as much. I'm getting Chicken envy. I have a commercial barn now so I cannot have any other birds here.

Cathryn, are the ramps up good yet?? I checked about a week and a half ago at the Williams River and they were not up yet. Neither are the ones on my property in Clay County.
God please keep they 19 fallen UBB miners out of trouble up there.

With the cost of eggs, you might want to get into that too.
If someone tears down the American flag and puts another flag in its place, that person should get a free, mandatory one way trip to that country.

I went into the chicken business (against my dad's strong recommendation not to) at age 8. Had an egg route with my bicycle. Spent the next 58 years trying to recoup my losses....(dad made me pay for my own feed).
My fear of moving stairs is escalating!

I may sell a few but will mainly be replacing my older girls. Everything is 2 or older now. I always enjoy the few really odd ball crosses we got. At some point I will likely order some more pure breeds and keep them separate but right now I don't have a place to do so. But it's on my wife's "list".

Until they get bird flu under control I’m out of the chicken business lost a flock in the spring then the new flock last fall. Living on a migratory lake they come through sick then the cats drag them up to the house and the chickens get into them.
Might get some once the geese pass through in the spring then lock them in come fall until the geese pass or use another route to get North.
