Anyone have experience with this model printer? I have only had mine for a few days, and I can't seem to get the settings just right for the 4" x 6" label format.

I have followed the instructions however it still isn't printing properly. Maybe I have a bad printer?

On the top and bottom of the label our company name "Text" is cut off halfway down and at the bottom of label is cut short printing also. It isn't a large printing error however its only about 1/8" which is enough to prevent legible reading. I spent lots of time on YouTube and other online research, but the settings still don't correct the problem.

Go to Control Panel - Devices and Printers - Right Click on the Dymo - Go to Properties - Go to Device Settings - should be able to select the size of the labels

If not let me know and I can get connected and fix it

I have done all of those things Mike several times; it still doesn't correct the text being cut off the label top and bottom.

You can contact me when it is convenient for you and hopefully you can get it fixed.
