Had my first ever session of cupping yesterday during my massage.
I found it interesting. Kinda like being attacked from a giant octopus .
One arm at a time. Each are had about 8 cups at the same time.
She also did several on my back.
This morning my arms are still kinda polka-dotted. This is probably the best my forearms have felt in years.
Now seriously considering buying a set for home. 17$ on ebay.

Had it done before did not notice any difference really but my back is pretty banged up less feeling in it. My insurance covers the chiropractor work but not the cupping part so I pass on it.

Now the chiropractor has done a fantastic job freeing up my neck and lower back she gets me to pain free and I gained a lot of my movement range back that I had lost.
