When I lived in the Pyrenees I got to know several Basques who herded sheep or worked dairy cows in the west before coming back home. Tough people. And yes... Basque is one of the oldest languages in the world and has no relation to any other. I know alot of words and short expressions but to speak it without learning it from birth is impossible. Pete
