There were 6 above my place yesterday doing the whole “hand shake” spin to the ground. When I was growing up they were nowhere to be found, now they are everywhere.

The point is that these 2 illegals have not been charged with anything but a local charge. the fed has shown no interest in it. Just recently, an American citizen was charged $250'000 and lost hunting rights for 5 years.

The goal was 120 breeding pairs in SD the last count reached 150 pairs not sure why the goal was set at 120 for then. LOL Did read a article that said a large amount of them had high levels of lead in them so down the road there could be a die off coming or reduction in numbers.

We get them here following the flocks of geese some days 10-15 on the ice. I wonder if the bird flu is killing them like other birds the GFP is pretty quiet about things like that.

We have a lot of chicken barns in my area. I went by a large pile of chicken manure. It had quite a few dead chickens in it. There must have been close to 50 eagles on the pile.

The sheriff says the wardens won't tell him why they haven't been charged with a federal crime. If it was me I'm sure I'd be sitting in a jail cell.

Wait a minute...........We have a sheriff asking why an illegal hasn't been charged for killing an eagle? I would ask why the illegal hasn't been charged for......being illegal.
