old243 OP trapper O Joined: Feb 2019 Posts: 603 ontario, canada	I have honeybees, have been box trapping , coons , possoms and skunks that have been bugging my bees. Have caught most of the dumb ones. Want to try dog proof traps, where is the best place to buy some, best make . I used to trap, do have some legholds. i have snare material but not exactly legal on land here. Thought s. old243

warrior trapper Joined: Jan 2007 Posts: 25,649 Georgia	I've never seen coons or opossums bother bees and I've been fooling with them off and on for forty years. Skunks will but simply moving the boxes up out of reach solves that. Carpet tack strips or bird spikes work even better.
