DWC trapper D Joined: Apr 2011 SE SD	6’5 230 lbs of flab and no power. Sure, career .300 hitter but no speed, few rbi and 10 hr a year? I think it’s mostly just twins fans who see the value in this guy using up a third of the twins salary every year. Had a college coach that made it to triple A ball, got moved to first base. He told me that thats the universal sign youre washed up and if you are gonna be valuable to anyone, you better have a BIG bat. He didnt, so he hung it up.

Give me a Yadier Molina ANY day. Handled a staff on several winning teams for far far longer and hit 30 points less. Got paid about half too. Never said hes a bad guy or anything. Just quite overrated. Weve had this debate at work many times. Only the die hard twins fans will back him.
