Why not stop drinking coffee if you don't like the way it tastes? Maybe try a different brand of coffee or a little less grounds?

LOL Just trying to adjust the Stevia mix is all this liquid is a whole different ratio that I’m trying to work out.

I read a good bit on the last post about Stevia, what about Sweet-N Low? Good bad
I was using Stevia Kroger Brand ? until I read the box and it contained that additive you all mentioned then I was like what the heck? Watch that first video on the first page the hype is not what the article said it was it was just a far fetched story not backed by real research. Sweet and low is a chemical mixture lots of better options out there. Spend some time on YouTube for opinions from doctors in that field and the impact on your sugar levels.

Law Dog do you ration your coffee? You only get one two two cups a day? Is coffee bad for you or is it what is added to it? I can't say I ever went to bed thinking about co0ffeew in the morning. But if I am drinking coffee and want more I get it, even if it means making another pot.

But if I am drinking coffee and want more I get it, even if it means making another pot. 1 1/2 to 2 cups a day for me I can’t drink it after 6PM it keeps me up at bed time. I do things in moderation now after to many years of thinking I was bulletproof and was not. LOL

I guess I don't think I am bullet proof, I just figure everyone dies. From what I have seen, people cause as much grief trying to be healthy, as they do just living. Moderation is good, but if it is to the point of craving, it may not be moderation. What is good for you and what is bad? It just depends on who you want to believe.

For reference, The teaspoon equivalent for the powdered version is tiny. They give you a little plastic spoon inside the bottle. The recommended serving size of the powdered is 45mg, which to me has translated essentially to 1 teaspoon. Easy to measure with their little plastic spoon.

They use the Erythritol to get Stevia and monk fruit to look like sugar. From the video it looks like Erythritol has benefits and that study was questionable at best.

when we talk cups of coffee are we talking actual 6 ounce demi cups or more like a 16 oz travel mug?
which is actually 2 2/3 cups of coffee
for me I am more like 2 travel mugs at 16oz each , no sugar or sweetener just cream.
when you get away from sweeteners it becomes incredible how sweet things start to taste most things people talk about being sweet are way too sweet now.
I don't do much other than a little whole fruit now when I want sweet.
a few black berries or an apple , pears in season all so sweet the don't need any more
America only has one issue, we have a Responsibility crisis and everything else stems from it.

Just a note on the Trader Joes powder I posted, for reference in case anyone interested: I saw this on their reddit page. I wouldn't take it for gospel-anything since I didn't talk to them myself, or do I know if this page is official correspondence; but seems to make sense: "Thank you for the inquiry on our Organic Liquid Stevia (sku 50695) . To preface: we do NOT allow artificial ingredients in our products; this includes Erythritol (a synthetically derived sugar alcohol).
The Organic Liquid Stevia (sku 50695) uses organic sugar cane as the alcohol processing aid. Until you have skin in the game talk like that is easy. I’m not afraid of dying I’m afraid of living too long while being unhealthy or blinded by what I could of prevented. I had a good run eating as stupid as I wanted for way longer than most had done. I can eat like an adult now it’s not the end coming to soon. If life was like a kitchen timer I’d still be eating sugar maybe but visit a few nursing homes and I’d rather go out like a light bulb is my hope. I hunt with guys 10-15 years younger than me and they complain a lot because they can’t keep up so I’m on the right track.
